Top notch service! My teen son got a second flat right after putting his spare on his truck, so we had no option but to tow his truck to a tire center. It was a stressful situation until I remembered we are with the BEST insurance agency, and that my agent Hillary Goetzinger likely included tow services in our policy with Auto Owners. I was right, and by using Auto Owners’ roadside assistance, his truck was picked up, towed, and dropped to the tire center within 45 minutes of submitting the roadside service request. In fact the tow truck was at our location within 10 mins of submitting the request!
