It is unbelievable to still witness first hand amazing customer service, with equally as good problem solving and follow up skills. Mary was phenomenal assisting my company, last week, through a difficult situation and she did so with incredible patience, grace, dignity and compassion. She, in my opinion, went above and beyond working with two other insurance companies, who RV Johnson partners with, to help my company solve an extremely difficult situation. Mary worked feverishly with those companies and mine to line drive the most favorable outcome for all companies involved.
