R.V. Johnson Insurance Named Best Place to Work in 2016

At R.V. Johnson Insurance we are dedicated to providing our clients the best service and experience possible. We would not be able to accomplish this goal without our amazing team! 

R.V. Johnson Insurance has been named one of the Best Places To Work in Martin County 2016 by CareerSource Research Coast and its partners, the Business Development Board of Martin County, the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce and the Palm City Chamber of Commerce.
We participated in a survey process that included 37 different measurements on employee retention, development, benefits packages, and more. Each measurement was then entered into a specially designed computer program which determines the county’s Best Places to Work. Here’s a snapshot of our survey results:

• 10% low turnover rate
• 80% of employees are involved in bonus programs
• 95% of employees participate in voluntary retirement program
• flexible work week at 37.5 hours
• on-site employee lounge

This marks our 3rd time winning in the under 50 employee category. We are thankful for our R.V. Johnson family and will continue to strive to make our agency the best place to work!
